AMSALE accepts returns on unworn, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom gowns and final sale items are non-returnable to maintain the exclusivity of our collections.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging, ensuring all hangtags and security seals remain intact.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Processing & Refund

Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
