How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. For our made-to-order bridal and bridesmaid collections, please allow 12–16 weeks for production and delivery.
What is your return policy for evening wear?
We accept returns on unworn, unaltered evening wear with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all bridal gowns and custom orders are final sale.
Do you offer virtual styling appointments?
Yes, we offer complimentary virtual consultations with our expert stylists to help you find the perfect look, discuss sizing, and answer any fabric questions from the comfort of your home.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size?
We recommend referring to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. Since bridal and evening wear sizing often differs from everyday apparel, we suggest having your measurements taken by a professional.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Because we begin processing orders immediately, changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our client services team as soon as possible for assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
AMSALE currently ships to select international locations. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
